This document outlines how prompts are defined and used for meeting notes in Hazel.

Getting Started

Default Meeting Types

Hazel is preloaded with five meeting types to help you get started. Each meeting type has its own unique prompts which capture your notes from different perspectives. Here are the templates that are loaded in for the default meeting types:

The default “catch-all” option for any type of discussion.

Intended for the initial conversation with prospective clients.

A discovery and goals-oriented call, used for early conversations with new clients

Designed for annual review meetings with existing clients.

Intended for meetings with team members.

Customizing Prompts within a Meeting

  1. Head to any meeting that is ‘Ready for Review’
  2. At the top of the meeting notes, click the button that says ‘Customize Prompt’
  3. Edit the prompt
  4. Click ‘Save and Regenerate’
